Romelu Lukaku
13. 05. 1993, Antverpy
Manchester United

Romelu Menama Lukaku Bolingoli (born 13 May 1993) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Manchester United and the Belgium national team. He is one of only five players to have ever scored 50 Premier League goals before their 23rd birthday, and the fifth youngest to have scored 100 goals in the competition. As a Belgian international, he holds the all-time record of 33 goals scored for the Belgian national team.

Lukaku started his career with local side Rupel Boom, before joining Lierse, where he earned a move to Anderlecht of the Belgian Pro League in 2006. Lukaku made his professional debut while still at school at age 16, and became the 2009–10 top scorer in Belgium as Anderlecht won the Belgian championship. He did not appear regularly in his first season there, and spent the following two seasons on loan at West Bromwich Albion and Everton respectively, signing permanently for the latter for a club record £28 million in 2014. Three years later, Lukaku signed for Manchester United.

Lukaku made his senior international debut for Belgium in 2010, and has since earned over 60 caps and is their all-time record goalscorer with 33 goals. He has also represented the country at the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2016.

Alexis Sánchez
19. 12. 1988, Tocopilla
Manchester United

Alexis Alejandro Sánchez Sánchez (Spanish pronunciation: [aˈleksis ˈsantʃes]; born 19 December 1988), also known simply as Alexis, is a Chilean professional footballer who plays as a forward for English club Manchester United and the Chile national team.

Sánchez began his career as a youth player for Cobreloa at age 17, completing a season at the club before relocating to Italy to play for Udinese in 2006. He won his first trophies in the following seasons, winning consecutive league titles in loans spells to Colo-Colo and River Plate. In 2008, he returned to Udinese, becoming an integral member of the team in his first full season at the club. After three fruitful seasons in Italy, Sánchez moved to Barcelona in a transfer worth €30 million (£25 million), becoming the most expensive Chilean player of all time.

In his first season at Barcelona, Sánchez starred in an attacking trio alongside Lionel Messi and David Villa, helping the club win the Copa del Rey, Supercopa de España, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup. The trio scored a total of 82 goals the following season, as the club won the 2012–13 La Liga, as well as retaining the Supercopa de España, before Sánchez enjoyed his highest scoring return at the Blaugrana, ending the season with a total of 21 goals, and 14 assists. Following the high-profile arrival of Neymar in 2013, Sánchez transferred to Premier League side Arsenal in a deal worth £31.7 million (€35.8 million) a year later.

At Arsenal, Sánchez quickly established himself as the figurehead of the team, completing every season in England with double figures in both goals and assists. He also won the FA Community Shield, as well as the FA Cup on two occasions, scoring in both finals. In the 2016–17 season, Sánchez scored 30 goals and provided 14 assists, his best return as a professional footballer, while going onto being nominated for the FIFPro World XI. However, after lacking "inspiration" at the direction of the club, he signed for rivals Manchester United in a swap deal in 2018.

Popularly dubbed "El Niño Maravilla" (The Wonder Child), Sánchez has been a full international for Chile since 2006, and has earned 119 caps, making him the team's joint most capped player of all-time, alongside goalkeeper Claudio Bravo. With 39 goals, he is the country's all-time leading goalscorer. He played in an instrumental role in allowing Chile to reach the final of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup, while further leading the side to their first international victory at the 2015 Copa América, scoring the winning penalty in the final against Argentina. He later contributed to a repeat of this triumph, aiding in the side's retention of the trophy at the Copa América Centenario.

After being made Atlético's first-choice goalkeeper, he helped the team win both the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup in 2010. His performances attracted the attention of Manchester United, whom he joined in June 2011 for £18.9 million, a British record for a goalkeeper at the time.

Since joining United, De Gea has made over 300 appearances and won a Premier League title, an FA Cup, a League Cup, three Community Shields and the UEFA Europa League. For three consecutive seasons from 2013–14 to 2015–16, he was elected as United's Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year, the first player in the award's history to win on three successive occasions.

De Gea was the captain for the Spain under-21 national team that won the European Championship in 2011 and 2013, and also competed in the 2012 Olympics. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
18. 06. 1989, Laval
Arsenal FC

Pierre-Emerick Emiliano François Aubameyang (French pronunciation: [pjɛʁ ɛməʁik obaməjɑ̃ɡ]; born 18 June 1989) is a Gabonese professional footballer who plays for English club Arsenal and captains the Gabonese national team.

Born in Laval as the son of former Gabonese captain Pierre Aubameyang, Aubameyang began his senior career in 2008 after being promoted from the youth-setup at Milan. However, he never appeared for the first team, and was instead loaned out multiple times to Ligue 1 clubs. Although renowned for his speed, having clocked 30 metres in 3.7 seconds, he was often used sparingly on loan until joining Saint-Étienne in 2011. Following multiple individual performances to guide a depleted team to mid-table in 2012, Aubameyang built upon his performances to include goalscoring the following season. After establishing himself as the core component of the team, he ended the campaign as Ligue 1's second-top goalscorer, with 19 goals, while also winning the 2013 Coupe de la Ligue. This garnered him a move to Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund, for a rumored fee of €14 million.

In Germany, Aubameyang, under the tutelage of Jürgen Klopp, adapted his game from a winger, to a complete forward. Winning the 2013 DFL-Supercup in his debut, he received plaudits for his technical skills and finishing; gaining comparisons to Thierry Henry. In the following seasons at Dortmund, Aubameyang established himself as one of the best forwards in the world, as he recorded 141 goals in 213 games, including a 31-goal haul in 2016–17 as he won the league's top scorer award. However, after only recording another DFL-Supercup and a DFB-Pokal to his single honor in Germany, he voiced his desire to leave, and relocated to England to join Premier League side Arsenal in a club-record deal worth £56 million (€64 million), making him the most expensive Gabonese player of all time.

At international level, Aubameyang has played 56 matches for the Gabon national team since his debut in 2009, scoring 23 goals. He represented his country in three Africa Cup of Nations tournaments, as well as the 2012 Summer Olympics. For his performances at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, Aubameyang was named CAF's African Footballer of the Year, becoming the first Gabonese player to win the award.

Mesut Özil
15. 10. 1988, Gelsenkirchen
Arsenal FC

Mesut Özil (German pronunciation: [ˈmeːzut ˈøːzil]Turkish: [meˈsut ˈøzil]; born 15 October 1988) is a German professional footballer who plays for English club Arsenal and the Germany national team.

Özil plays mostly as an attacking midfielder, but can also be deployed as a winger. He began his senior career as a member of his hometown club Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga, departing two seasons later to join Werder Bremen for €5 million. He garnered break-out attention at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, where at age 22, Özil was instrumental in the side's campaign where they reached the semi-finals, losing to eventual champions Spain. He was also nominated for the Golden Ball Award, as well as being ranked first in assists in major European and domestic competitions with 25. This garnered him a €15 million transfer to La Liga club Real Madrid.

At Madrid, Özil won the Copa del Rey in his first season, before registering a league high 17 assists as the Spanish side won the league title in the following season. He also won the Supercopa de España in the same season, becoming renowned for his technical skills and creativity; due to his agility, finesse and versatility as an attacking midfielder, he has also been compared to Zinedine Zidane by former manager José Mourinho.

Following a second-place La Liga finish to rivals Barcelona in the 2012–13 season, Özil relocated to England to join Premier League side Arsenal in a then club-record deal worth £42.5 million (€50 million), making him the most expensive German player of all time. During his first season, Özil helped end the club's largely publicised nine-year trophy drought, winning the FA Cup in 2014. He later became victorious in two more FA Cup campaigns, while also winning the FA Community Shield. Özil would also tie the league assist record (19) in 2014–15, as well as being named in multiple teams of the season in England.

At international level, Özil has played 86 matches for the Germany national team, scoring 22 goals. He represented his country in two FIFA World Cups, as well as two UEFA European Championships, and was an integral part in both the 2010 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2012 team in South Africa and Ukraine, starring as the joint-highest assist provider in the competitions. Özil also contributed as a part of the 2014 World Cup-winning side in Brazil, with his versatility aiding in his nation's triumph in a 1–0 victory over Argentina in the final.
